Owen Parker doesn’t let many people past the walls he builds around them. An attempt to knock down even a single brick would cause him to run in the opposite direction. The reason why he reacts in that matter is unknown to everyone except himself. Charming when he chooses to be, he’s nothing more then a shameless flirt, one night stands are his specialty. He likes playing others, but when someone expects more, he runs. Something he’s also good at. Getting emotionally attached is against the rules for him. Again, the reason is only known to him. As much as Owen tries to appear confident, his smile doesn’t come as easy as he would like it to. Growing up in a household controlled with abuse, Owen emotionally detached himself from those of his past for many years. Unfortunately, at the age of 18 he began hanging around the wrong crowd, drabbling in drugs and alcohol. His younger sister’s Willow (25), and Arianna(20) were devastated. Struggling throughout most of his university years, Owen managed graduated from Royal Roads University (Located in Victoria, BC) with a master’s degree in Professional Communication. Within a year of graduation, he bought a one way ticket out of British Colombia. Destination: New Jersey. Others might argue that his decision was impulsive, and irrational; however, he had been planning to leave with his best friend, Greg to apply for an internship with Maroon magazine. A rift in their friendship was created when Owen’s application was accepted, while Greg’s was politely denied. During his internship he met Jillian Cooper, a receptionist, and subsequently fell in love with her. Their friends would quote them as being “an old married couple”. They had their problems, but overall they thought their relationship could withstand anything. Anything expect for Jill cheating on him with Greg. Destroying the very foundation of trust he held for anyone. The details are unknown about that happened when Owen found out about the affair. However, it’s clear that what occurred that night condemned Owen to buy another one way ticket for the big apple. | |

After just three months of living in New York, Owen was bound to change his location once more. As of March 09, Owen moved to Los Angelus along with everyone in his department to jump start Maroon’s new LA offices. Along with Owen, his best friend, and soon to be boss and roommate, Robert Evans [ ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif){kind=small} wantmerob], can't deny their excitement to embrace California’s lifestyle, while pushing their company to reach it's highest potential. | |
